NEW HOBBY
I wanted to give the crew members a memory about our race season. I asked Mia, who has created my website, if she could help me to do some photo collections for them. Then I find a place, where they could do a calenders for 2010 with my photos.

So I collect photos under each month. The crew member, who has the birthday in that month, got his/her photo placed with the race photo(s). Like my birthday is in January, I got more room in that page. Jarkko gets in February, Jukka in March and so on.
It was so nice to do and create these photo collections, I wanted to learn to use Photoshop myself. So I have got a new hobby now: Photoshop!
Here is my first version:
Well, I might need some more practise.... Number 3 Tommi lost his other eye....
But this Photoshop is really nice to play with.
Because there isn´t happening very much during the off season, so I might focus in my future Photoshop career now. Just wonder, how to make moustache.....

TEAM MEETING
It was a pleasure to have the whole team visiting our farm this week-end. We all live around Finland and we don´t see so often off the season. This weekend was a special one, because everyone was able to join this meeting.
The message after this weekend is, we are ready and committed for real racing in 2010; to win the European Championship.
The late Saturday evening was spend by watching NHRA races with some chicken wings and drinks.
Some "early birds" having breakfast...

AT THE STARLINE
Maybe I'm a bit ahead, but my thoughts are already in the next season. I have a problem. I have many guys in my team. Hard workers. When it is our turn to run, I can take only 6 to the starting area. It is horrible to leave some of them at the pit. I would like to have them all at the starting area, when I run to joy after a good run and to sorrow after a bad run. I do understand the limit of the area, but what can we do? All my guys are dressed up in team uniform, they come around the car and they´ll leave immediately after my run. How could we do this? Please, every race director, have a thought, how this would be possible next year. It is very important for the team spirit and because nobody gets paid, it is a hobby for all of us. The moment of the start line is the reward of all the work. And everybody´s work is as important.
